All AP members are equipped with artificial blood, intraocular lens, and of course, the Goddard model EMPS, police crowd-control mecha.
The first you meet Tony is on the space plane, he seems a fair bloke, suggestions for aleviations of your freaking oncoming anxiety attack abound. But when you next see him, his words are laced with venom...
Tony's voiced by a certain Kaneto Shiozawa, who's voice was actually pure sex condensed to a sound (yaoi fangirls out there might know him as Iason Mink from Ai No Kusabi). R.I.P., man.
